We made it another week! So far, we're the only Serial that's lasted for the entire season. It was intense, too. If they post the 5-minute chase scene on youtube, I'll go back and post it here. Unfortunately, the hoop skirt apparently belonged to Theatre of NOTE so it's gone with Don Today, Don Tomorrow. In other news, I have adopted a kitten. She is adorable and sweet and hyper and her name (I have finally decided) is Clementine. Here's a grainy cell phone photo of her sleeping! See?? So, there it is. Serial Killers is back with the Watson cycle (go see it. Go see it NOW!), Weaver's still going strong, and my darlin' Clementine is my new roommate.

And WHAT a theaterful weekend it's shaping up to be; seeing Skeleton Stories at Theatre of NOTE, dropping by Improv Olympic for a couple shows, and attending a reading of Puzzler, a new play premiering at Sacred Fools this season.
Next weekend Watson premieres and Serial Killers returns, with "The Weaver" still in the running; episode 5 on Saturday, Nov. 6! I just uploaded a bunch of production photos from the past season and a half of sketch comedy/drama/horror/etc. Enjoy! The Weaver goes into Episode 3 this weekend; I'll also be in a serial about a couple hunchbacks? Weaver takes an interesting twist this week, and I probably won't even trip over my giant hoop skirt! COME SEE IT!
Serial Killers at Sacred Fools After summer vacation, Serial Killers finally returns... and I have a gigantic monologue to memorize about killing Matt Valle and doing awful things to his corpse. Hilarious. Figuring out the stage magic tonight, rehearsing tomorrow afternoon, and putting up the show tomorrow night, like we do. Oh, DO come, won't you?
Vote for THE WEAVER! 11pm, Saturday 9/25 Sacred Fools Theater 660 N. Heliotrope Dr., Los Angeles, 90004 only $7! Word out on the streets is, the episode of Operation Repo that I shot...last year maybe? was the Season 8 Premiere! (is going to be the season 8 premiere?) New episodes run monday nights, 9:30p ET, and repeats run all the time on TruTV.
Happy Friday the 13th, the internet! After wrapping up the hella successful run of Forbidden Zone: LIVE in the 6th Dimension, I found myself functioning within a suspiciously, uncomfortably relaxed schedule. So, I made a website (thanks Weebly) and got some Voiceover Reels (thanks Ryan).
Next up: shooting a webisode with the glorious Greg Sims, the inimitible Carrie Wiita, and some other awesome folks. Heading down to the Desoto Institute of Problemology to shoot an episode of Women's Studies. Also paying off this stupid parking ticket. It turns out, even if your TIRE is not in the red zone, if the back of your car is you still have to give Los Angeles $80 that you'd rather spend on yourself. |
