For the past few Fridays I've been watching and/or participating in Bang Comedy Theater's new show, 3-Bang, hosted by the one and only and dreamy Ed Goodman. I told a story and I helped someone else tell a story, and there's lots of funny people trying out new funny (or serious, or musical, or whatever) stuff. Go! See! Do! 11pm Friday nights, at BANG! (457 N Fairfax Ave)
I also had the pleasure of being in Serial Killers last week at Sacred Fools, where I got to do 2 of my favorite things: make with the funny with Matt Valle, and say words that came out of the strange and wonderful brain of Brendan Hunt.
And finally, this week we open The Many Murders of Kristopher K Kringle at Archway Theater down in the downtown. It's a Christmas murder mystery!
We made it another week! So far, we're the only Serial that's lasted for the entire season. It was intense, too. If they post the 5-minute chase scene on youtube, I'll go back and post it here. Unfortunately, the hoop skirt apparently belonged to Theatre of NOTE so it's gone with Don Today, Don Tomorrow.
In other news, I have adopted a kitten. She is adorable and sweet and hyper and her name (I have finally decided) is Clementine. Here's a grainy cell phone photo of her sleeping! See??
And WHAT a theaterful weekend it's shaping up to be; seeing Skeleton Stories at Theatre of NOTE, dropping by Improv Olympic for a couple shows, and attending a reading of Puzzler, a new play premiering at Sacred Fools this season.
Next weekend Watson premieres and Serial Killers returns, with "The Weaver" still in the running; episode 5 on Saturday, Nov. 6!
I just uploaded a bunch of production photos from the past season and a half of sketch comedy/drama/horror/etc.
After summer vacation, Serial Killers finally returns... and I have a gigantic monologue to memorize about killing Matt Valle and doing awful things to his corpse. Hilarious. Figuring out the stage magic tonight, rehearsing tomorrow afternoon, and putting up the show tomorrow night, like we do. Oh, DO come, won't you?
Vote for THE WEAVER!

I'm an actor, and I write stuff too. I do comedy. I'm short. I perform in a sketch comedy show called Serial Killers just about every Saturday.
